1. Acceptance of Terms

1. By clicking "Register", "Sign Up", or by otherwise creating an account on the speed88 Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5. Bonuses & Promotions

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

4. speed88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

1. speed88 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.
2. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
